The Committee of Graduates of AAU Ekpoma who are indigenes of Ughelli North/Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency Delta State has called on Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive to contest in the 2019 National Assembly election.
WHEREAS: we are graduates of Ambrose Ali University (formerly and variously known as Edo State University, Bendel State University) Ekpoma, who are also Indigenes and Constituents of Ughelli North/ Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency Delta State.
WHEREAS: we witnessed the historic tenure of Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive as President of the Students Union Government during our University days at Ekpoma and have followed his work in philanthropy, education, religion, community service, advocacy consistently providing selfless support to humanity.
WHEREAS: our Constituency has suffered very poor, selfish, primitive and inept representation at the
National Assembly since 1999
WHEREAS: our people need a voice with clout, courage, selflessness, vision humility, uprightness and result-oriented, people-based servant leadership.
WHEREAS: Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive has the pedigree, integrity, education, experience, qualities, skills and talents that will benefit our people as our Representative in the National Assembly.
WHEREAS we have consistently called on Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive to run for public office since
1998 and he has resisted same but has now become the Convener of the FREE DELTA GROUP.
WE DO HEREBY CALL AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive present himself for election as our Representative in the National Assembly come 2019
- THAT all our political, religious, labor, traditional and community leaders join us in Supporting and electing Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive as our elected Member of the Federal House of Representatives.
- THAT all Constituents of Ughelli North/Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency Delta State despite political party affiliation join this action to give us quality representation that we deserve in the person of Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive.
