The Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial district in the National Assembly, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has said that contrary to what Chief James Ibori said PDP rally, the All Progressive Congress (APC) will take over the government in Delta State come 2019.
Senator Ovie Omo-Agege made this remarks shortly after he was formally admitted into the APC family at his Orogun Ward 11, in Ughelli North local government area of Delta State.
Ovie Omo-Agege declared that the days of PDP in Delta State were numbered and by 2019 PDP would be kicked out of Delta State, foreclosing the thought of a second term for the incumbent Governor Okowa.
Ovie Omo-Agege who formally declared for the APC on the floor of the senate was duly registered and a membership card issued to him by the ward chairman in the presence of the state chairman of the party, Prophet Jones Erue.
While thanking the party leaders at the ward and state levels for giving him the APC membership card, he pledged that “we will kick PDP out of Delta State come 2019”.
